After you upload your photo and pick a frame, our studio composes a digital mockup and sends it to you – usually within a few hours. You only pay once you approve it.
Most phone photos work perfectly. If a photo is low-resolution or damaged, our designers will enhance or gently restore it as part of the preview, free of charge.
Once you approve the design, frames are handcrafted and dispatched in 3-5 working days, with tracked delivery across India.
Absolutely. Revisions are free until you are happy – change the layout, mat colour, or frame style as many times as you like before approving.
Every order ships in shock-proof packaging. In the rare case of damage, we replace it free with priority shipping.
Yes – for weddings, corporate gifting and events we offer volume pricing and gift packaging. Reach out and we will design a set for you.
If a delivered frame does not feel special in person, you can return it within 7 days for a full refund – no questions asked.
